Lodha Group

Lodha Group is based out of Brahmand Phase 5 in Thane West. We are in building number 12, specifically room 603. It's over in the Azadnagar area. If you live in Thane, you probably know that Brahmand is a pretty big complex with a lot of different phases. We've been in this particular unit for a long time now. It’s got a decent view of the other buildings in the society. It’s not a commercial plaza or a business park, just a regular residential society where we have our office. We have our computers and some chairs, and that’s about all we need to get through the day. The pin code here is 400607. We spend most of our day here, just working through the pile of things on our desks and taking calls. It’s a relatively quiet area compared to the main roads nearby. We like that. It helps us focus on the tasks at hand. We aren't some big faceless entity that you can't talk to. We’re just the people you see in 12/603. Sometimes we run into our neighbors in the hallway or at the lift. We say hello and keep moving. It's a humble way to run a business. No big logos or flashy neon lights outside. Just Lodha Group doing what we do every day. We've grown used to the rhythm of Azadnagar. The local shops are very handy when we need a quick break or a snack. It’s a practical location for us. We just keep things simple and stay out of the way.
