We are located in the Ttc Industrial Area in Ghansoli, right on the Thane Belapur Road. Our office is at Plot No. G-4/1. Being in an industrial zone like this means there is always a lot of movement. You can hear the trucks and the sound of work going on all day long. Loma Co-Developers 1 Private Limited is right in the middle of it. We deal with a lot of the development stuff that happens in this part of Navi Mumbai. It’s not a quiet job. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different teams and making sure the materials arrive on time. The office is a bit plain, but it works for us. We don't really have time for decorations or fancy furniture. We mostly focus on getting the projects done. Working around Thane and Ghansoli means we have to deal with a lot of traffic and the heat, but we’re used to it. People who work with us know we’re just regular folks. We don’t use a lot of big words or make promises we can't keep. We just look at the plans and try to build things the right way. It’s a busy life, and there’s always something new to handle. If you’re coming down the main road, you’ll see the industrial units all lined up, and we’re just one of them, keeping the work going every single day of the week.
