Lodha Group

We’ve been here at Devki Plaza for a while now. If you know Baba Sai Nagar in Ulhasnagar, you probably know where the building is. We are up on the first floor in room 102. It is not a massive fancy office, just a place where we get our work done every day. Maharashtra heat can be a bit much sometimes but the office stays okay. We handle things under the name Lodha Group. People stop by sometimes just to ask questions or see what we are up to. It is a busy area with lots of shops and people moving around all the time. Being in 421004 means we are right in the thick of things here. We started out small and just kept going. It's mostly just us doing the daily grind and making sure things move along. There’s always tea being made and someone talking on the phone. It isn’t like those big glass buildings you see in Mumbai, it’s more grounded. We like it this way because we can talk to anyone who walks in. The address is easy to find once you get into the lane. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy slogans. We just show up, open the door, and start the day’s tasks. It’s been our spot for a bit and we plan to stay here at Devki Plaza Chs for the foreseeable future. Just a local team doing what we do. The fan hums in the corner and we just keep at it.
