Landspan Developers LLP is located in Thane West. We have a small shop office, Shop Number 4, in the Ahilya Building on Ram Murti Road. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know the neighborhood. We are a local firm that deals with developing land and building projects around Thane and the nearby areas. Our office is quite humble, just a few chairs and desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We don’t have a big corporate staff, just a few of us who handle everything from meeting clients to supervising the actual construction work on-site. Most days we are out of the office more than we are in it, because you can’t really manage a development project from behind a desk. We spend a lot of time on our feet, dealing with contractors and making sure everything is being done the way it should be. It’s dusty, noisy work, but we’ve been doing it for years so we don’t mind. We aren't interested in using a lot of fancy words or making ourselves sound bigger than we are. We are just local developers who know this area well and want to build things that people can actually use. Whether it's a small renovation or a bigger development, we just take it one step at a time and try to keep things moving along without too much drama or unnecessary delays for the people waiting on us.
