Laizer Builders And Developers Privatelimited is based out of Laizer House. It’s the first building on Raghoba Shankar Road, down in Chendani, Koliwada. This place has been our home for quite some time. The building itself is where we handle all our building and development work. Koliwada is a unique area, and we like the vibe here. It’s not like those shiny new business districts; it’s got a lot of character and history. We are just local builders who decided to set up our own firm. There are a few of us in the office most days, sorting out materials and talking to the crews. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything. Usually, you just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. Raghoba Shankar Road can get a bit crowded during the day, but that’s just how it is. We focus on local projects mostly. It’s good to work in an area where you know the neighbors and the local shops. We don't put much stock in big advertisements. We just do our work and hope the results speak for themselves. Most of our clients are people from around here or folks who heard about us from someone else. It's a straightforward way to run a business, and it works for us. We’ve been here long enough that most people know where Laizer House is.
