Our small shop is located at Tembhi Naka in Thane West, right inside the Bhagyshree Chaya building at Shop Number 3. If you see the Mumbai Tattoos place, you are basically there. It is a quiet little corner where women from the neighborhood come to get their hair done or maybe get a facial. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just a place where you can relax for an hour. The chairs are comfortable enough and we keep everything as tidy as we can. Dealing with the Thane traffic can be a lot, so we like having this spot where it's a bit calmer. We handle threading, waxing, and hair cuts most days. Sometimes it gets busy on weekends, so it’s better to check if we have space. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we know most of the ladies who stop by. We talk about family, the weather, or just whatever is happening in the news. It feels more like a community spot than a business sometimes. We don’t use any big words or fancy equipment, just the stuff that works. It’s practical work for real life.
