Kokanbhumi Ventures Private Limited is located at Office 203, in Building No 1, C Wing of Deep City. We are out in Navi Mumbai, with the pincode 410206. It’s a bit of a different pace out here compared to the main island of Mumbai, but it’s still plenty busy. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle all our venture work. We spend a lot of time looking at land details and working on various project plans. Navi Mumbai has been growing so much, and we are right there in the middle of it. It’s a lot of driving around to different sites and then coming back here to finish the paperwork. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of people. It’s just a dedicated group of us trying to get things right. The office is usually a bit cluttered with blueprints and files, but we know where everything is. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the actual work of developing properties and making sure the ventures are moving along. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather is good and the traffic isn't too bad on the highway. We just take it as it comes and try to be as practical as possible. It is a lot of hard work, but we are happy to be doing it here.
