Kkd Constructions Llp is located in 301 Manusmriti Apt, which is part of the Tejal Co. Op Hsg Soc on Jain Mandir Road. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we have a lot of samples and paperwork lying around, but it's home for us. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way, without all the corporate layers you find in big firms. Being right on Jain Mandir Road means there’s always something going on outside. The bells from the temple, the noise of the traffic, and people walking by. It’s a lively place to work. We spend our days mostly coordinating between different sites and making sure our workers have what they need. We aren't the most polished group of people. You might find some dust on our shoes and our desks are never really clean, but we know exactly where every file is. We do construction because it’s what we’re good at. We don't have a big marketing team or a social media person. If you want to know about us, you just come to the office or look at the buildings we’ve finished. We try to be honest about costs and timing, even when it’s not what people want to hear. It’s better to be straight with folks than to make things up. We’re just a small group of people trying to build stuff that stays standing for a long time. It’s simple work, but we take it seriously.
