Kingbiz Infrastructure LLP

We are based in the Millennium Business Park, or MBP as everyone calls it, over in Mahape. Our office is number 1203 in the A1 building of Sector 1. Being on the twelfth floor gives us a bit of a view of Rabale and the surrounding industrial area of Thane. It’s a huge complex and sometimes it takes a while just to get through the security and find the right block. Kingbiz Infrastructure LLP has been running from here for some time now. The office is pretty standard for Mahape—lots of cubicles and the sound of keyboards clicking all day. It’s a very busy hub with thousands of people coming in for work every morning. The commute to the 400701 area can be a bit of a headache with the traffic on the Thane-Belapur road, but once you are up in the office, it’s a bit quieter. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture or a big lobby. We just have our space where the engineering and planning happen. The elevators are usually packed during lunch breaks when everyone heads down to the local canteens. It’s a professional environment but we keep things pretty casual among ourselves. We just focus on getting the infrastructure projects lined up and making sure the numbers add up. It is a lot of work but being in a place like MBP makes it feel like you are part of the action.
