KHODAL REALCON LLP

KHODAL REALCON LLP is based over in Sector 48, Nerul. We use a space in the D-24/2:12 block. Navi Mumbai is a bit different from the main city, a bit more spread out, which we like. Our daily routine is mostly about checking on sites and making sure the supplies arrived where they were supposed to. Dealing with real estate and construction in Thane can be tricky with all the different rules, but we’ve learned our way around it over the years. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's got some desks, a lot of folders, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We'd rather spend that money on getting better materials for the jobs we take on. It’s a small team here. We all know each other well and we don’t really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it. Nerul is a good spot for us because it's central enough to reach the various projects we have going on. You can usually find us here during the day unless we’re out on a site visit. We try to keep our paperwork organized, though it's a constant battle with all the forms required these days. It’s just us, working hard and trying to stay on top of the schedule. We don't really have a big fancy sign outside, but we’re here.
