Khangaokar Infrastructure Privatelimited is just a local business here near Kalaskar Chawl. We’ve been operating out of Laxmi Chirag Nagar on Pokhran Road No. 1 for some time now. It’s a busy area and things can get a bit hectic around here with all the traffic, but we manage. We handle different kinds of infrastructure work, mostly focusing on the practical side of building and planning. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit down with blueprints and figure out the next steps for our projects. People around Pokhran Road know us as the guys who are always busy with some site or the other. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the trade and try to do the work right. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when the monsoon hits this part of the city, but we try to stay on schedule as much as possible. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years and we like being part of that growth. If you walk past the chawl, you’ll probably see us coming and going with our gear. It’s hard work, and there’s always something new to learn about construction materials or local rules. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we finish what we started. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do for a living here.
