Kba Builders And Developers Llp has its office near Gol Maidan. We are located in Block No. A/32, Room No. 187 of the Hare Krishna Apartment. Since we are on the ground floor, we see a lot of people passing by our window throughout the day. Gol Maidan is a nice area, and it gives us a bit of a landmark to tell people when they are looking for us. The office is quite small and compact. We’ve had to be smart about how we arrange the furniture to make sure everyone has enough room to work. It’s a very straightforward setup with no frills. The Hare Krishna Apartment is a residential building, so the vibe is very neighborly. Sometimes we hear the sounds of families going about their business in the other units. We like being on the ground floor because it’s easy to duck out for a quick break or to meet someone outside. The office doesn't have any high-end finishes or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a place with some desks and a lot of maps and plans pinned up. We spend our time checking on projects and making sure the numbers add up. It is a humble space, but it serves us well. We’ve been here for some time now and the routine has become second nature to all of us in the office.
