We are based out of Ulhasnagar, right on the ground floor of Kundan Palace. If you know where the Balaji Medical Store is, we are just opposite that in room number 1. It’s a busy part of Thane, and there is always a lot of foot traffic passing by our window. Kavita Buildcon LLP has been running from this spot for quite a while. The office is small and gets a bit crowded with all the files and equipment we have to keep around. It's not a fancy place, but it's where we get everything organized for our construction projects. People often drop in just because they saw the name on the door while they were out shopping or going to the chemist. We don't have a big staff, so whoever is in the office usually handles everything from answering the phone to fixing the printer. Ulhasnagar has a specific kind of energy, and we've grown used to the noise and the pace of life here. We don't spend much on making the place look polished. We'd rather just focus on the building jobs we have on our plates. Sometimes the monsoon makes it hard to get in and out, but that's just part of living in Maharashtra. We're just local folks trying to do a decent job every day. You can usually find us there from morning until late evening. It’s just how we do it.
