KASHVI CONSTRUCTION LLP

Our office is over in Wagle Estate in Thane, right across from the Punjab National Bank. We’re in the Jaydeep Emphasis building, part of the H.V. Group, on the second floor in room 205. It’s a pretty standard business area, so there’s always something going on nearby. Kashvi Construction is our small operation. We’ve been working out of this spot for some time, and we’ve gotten to know the other businesses in the building. Thane is a busy place, and being in the 400604 zip code means we are right in the middle of a lot of industrial activity. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. Most of our time is spent on the phone or out at various construction sites. The office is where we handle all the boring but necessary stuff like permits and bills. It's not a huge team here, just a few of us who know the trade. We’ve had our fair share of ups and downs, like any local business. Sometimes the bank across the street has a huge line, and the traffic gets backed up, but we’re used to it. We try to be practical about our work. We know what we're doing and we don't try to pretend to be something we're not. It’s just honest construction work. We like being in Wagle Estate; it feels like the heart of the working city where people actually get things done.
