K&N Realty Infra Private Limited

Our office is in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Sanpada at Sector 18. We are on the ninth floor, Office No 903, in the Bhumi Raj Costa Rica building. Plot No 1 and 2 is where the building stands. Being in Sanpada is great because it is well-connected, though the parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. K&N Realty Infra Private Limited is basically a group of us working on various infrastructure and real estate things. The office has a decent view of the surrounding area from up here. We spend a lot of time on the phone and sitting at our desks going over various project details. Sector 18 is a busy commercial hub, so there are always places to grab a quick snack or coffee when we need a break. It is not a very old office, but it feels lived-in because we are always busy. We don't go for anything too complicated in how we run things. It is just about getting the jobs done and making sure the numbers add up. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we know how things go. Navi Mumbai is growing so fast, and we see it every day from our window. It is a practical place to work and we like being part of the local scene here. It is just a regular job for us and we like it.
