KAMBLI CIVIL CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE is situated in Borivali East. You can find us at B/503 in Gautam CHS Ltd. We are over in the Kajupada area, right near the Lavista Complex and Rishivan. It’s a bit of a quieter pocket of Mumbai, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on technical drawings. Our office is just a regular apartment that we’ve turned into our headquarters. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. Most of our time is spent out on the actual construction sites, so the office is mainly for the paperwork and meeting with our supervisors. We deal with civil construction, so it’s a lot of concrete, steel, and planning. Gautam CHS is a friendly enough place, and we’ve gotten used to the daily rhythms of the neighborhood. We have a lot of folders and rolls of blueprints stacked up on the tables. It’s a functional space for a functional business. We just aim to do a good job on the structures we build. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and things get a bit stressful, but that is the nature of the business. We’ve been working around Borivali and the surrounding areas for a while. We know the local suppliers and the quirks of the land around here. It’s just us doing our bit to build up the city. We try to be honest about what can be done.
