Kamalammani Infra Private Limited

Our office is located in Flat 202 at the Vinita Co-Op Hranjan Society in Badlapur West. Being in Badlapur means things are a bit quieter than the main city, but it's still quite active. Kamalammani Infra Private Limited is basically us working on local infrastructure needs. We spend a lot of time in the society office here. It’s a typical residential building setup. Sometimes the lift acts up, but that’s just life in Thane. We handle various tasks related to building and site work. It isn't anything fancy. Just some desks and files everywhere. Most of our work happens on the ground or in these rooms. We’ve been around Badlapur for some time now. We know the streets and how things work in this part of Maharashtra. We don't have a big glossy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular flat where we manage our business affairs. We deal with contractors and workers throughout the week. Sometimes things get delayed because of the monsoon rains, which hit us pretty hard around here every year. We try to stay on top of the schedules as much as possible. It’s a small team of us. We have tea together in the afternoons and look over the project plans on the big table. Being local helps because we understand the area better than outsiders would. It’s just honest work from our side. We keep our paperwork in order and deal with the daily grind of the construction industry.
