We operate out of Rutu Enclave, specifically in B2/504. We are located right on G.B. Road in the Kavesar area. If you know Thane, you know how busy G.B. Road can get at almost any time of day. It’s a good spot because everything is reachable, even if the traffic is a bit much. We focus on developing local properties. It’s mostly about finding the right spots and seeing what can be done with them. We don’t have a massive team. It’s just a few of us who have been in this industry for a while. We know the ins and outs of the local area and how things work around here. Our office is a simple place where we keep our files and meet with people. We don’t have any fancy signs or expensive furniture. We'd rather spend our time and energy on the actual sites. Construction and development take a lot of patience. There are always delays with materials or labor, and you just have to roll with it. We try to be honest about how long things take. It’s not always a fast process, but we get there in the end. We’ve lived in Thane for years, so we care about what happens in our backyard. It's just a regular local business trying to do things right without a lot of fuss or complicated corporate talk.
