Kalpaman Infraproject Private Limited

Kalpaman Infraproject is based in Thane, specifically in the Juipada area. We work out of Flat No. B-102 at Plot No 256 in Sector 23. It’s a residential building, so the vibe is very different from a standard office block. You have to sign in at the gate, and then you just come up to the first floor. We’ve turned the flat into a workspace where we handle all our infrastructure projects. It’s a bit of a tight fit sometimes with all the files and equipment we need to keep on hand. Being in Juipada means we are close to a lot of new developments happening in Thane. We can see the skyline changing from our windows. Our team is small, mostly just people who have been in the construction industry for years and wanted to do something on their own. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea in the kitchen or arguing over a blueprint in the living room area. It’s a very casual environment, but we take the work seriously. Most of our day is spent coordinating with suppliers and checking on our crews at various sites. We like being in a regular building because it feels more like home. It’s practical, it’s quiet enough to get things done, and we’ve got good neighbors who don’t mind the occasional late-night planning session.
