Kaiza Infra Llp

Kaiza Infra Llp is based out of Virar West, in a building called Gokul Empire. Our office is A 402, which is part of the Agarwal Garden area in Bolinj. Palghar is where we operate, and it’s a bit of a distance from the main Mumbai city hub. This gives us a slightly slower pace, though the work itself is still demanding. We handle infrastructure projects, which means we are often dealing with roads, pipes, or building foundations. The office is on the fourth floor. It’s nothing fancy, just a few rooms with tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team telling everyone how great we are. Most of our work comes from being around for a while and knowing the local area. The view from the window shows a lot of new construction, which is good for business. We have a small kitchen area where someone is usually making tea or heating up lunch. It’s a very informal environment. We talk loudly, we argue about the best way to handle a site problem, and then we figure it out together. We don't have any corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in where they can. We are usually there from early morning until the light fades, just keeping the infra projects moving along as they should.
