K S Mani Infra Private Limited is our name and we are based in the Nerul area. You can find us at unit 203 in the Vindhya Vihar Chs, which is Plot No. 319/320. We are located in Sector 6, specifically around Sarsole. It is a decent spot to be in because there is always something happening nearby. We mainly focus on infrastructure projects. Our team is made up of people who just like to get things built. We don’t have a lot of time for long meetings that don’t go anywhere. Most of the day is spent on the phone or out at various sites making sure things are moving along. The office is practical and has everything we need to keep the records straight. Nerul is a busy part of the city, and we’ve seen it grow quite a bit over the years. Finding a parking spot near Sector 6 can be a bit of a challenge some days, but we manage. We don’t use any of those fancy marketing terms. We just do the work as best as we can and try to stay on schedule. It can be stressful when materials are late or the weather turns bad, but that’s just the business we are in. We are just regular folks trying to do a good job.
