You can find K A Realty & Developers Private Limited at shop number 5 on the ground floor of Sai Kunj Apartment. We are in the A wing in Yashodhan Nagar. It’s a small shop front, but it’s enough for what we do. We mostly deal with property and development work around this area. The office is usually open early and we stay late if there's a lot of paperwork. People walk by all day, and sometimes they pop their heads in to ask questions. We don't have a big staff. It's just a few of us making sure everything is handled. The space is a bit cramped because of all the folders and maps we have lying around. We’ve tried to tidy up, but it never stays that way for long. We aren't big on corporate talk. If you come by, we’ll just tell you how things are without any fluff. Yashodhan Nagar is a busy place, and we’ve become part of the furniture here. We know the local shopkeepers and the people living in the building. It’s a community vibe. We don't spend money on big ads. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the reality of it.
