Joskan India Private Limited is based out of the Casa Bella complex on Kalyan-Shill Road in Dombivli East. Our office is unit 1804 in the Riviera B building. It is a growing area, and being out here in Kalyan means we are close to a lot of new development. We are a small team that handles various projects, and we do not really go in for the corporate lifestyle. Our office is pretty simple, filled with the usual stuff like computers, site files, and a lot of notebooks. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone or driving out to different locations in Thane. The Kalyan-Shill Road can be pretty rough with traffic, so we are usually starting our days quite early to get ahead of the rush. We are just regular people who have spent a lot of time in this industry. We do not have any big slogans or mission statements. We just try to be reliable and do what we say we are going to do. Sometimes things get a bit hectic and the office feels a bit chaotic, but we always manage to keep things on track. We do not do much advertising; most of our clients come to us through word of mouth. We like it that way because it means people value the work we actually do. It is an honest living, and we are happy to be doing it here in Dombivli.
