We are Joshi Builders & Redevelopers Llp. If you are looking for our office, we are over at Ganesh Kuti. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. It is a bit of a vertical setup because we take up the first, second, and even the third floor of the building. The address is C.S No.95/B, Tika No16. Most people around here know where we are because we are right near Dr Bedekar Hospital on Mk R. It gets pretty busy on this road with people coming and going from the hospital, so there is always something happening outside our windows. We do a lot of our daily work from these three floors. It’s not a fancy glass office like you see in some parts of the city, but it works for us and the neighbors know who we are. Sometimes the stairs to the third floor feel a bit long by the end of the day, but that is just part of being here I guess. We deal with redevelopment projects and building things from this location. Mk R is a familiar spot for everyone in the area. We have been here at Ganesh Kuti long enough that we don’t really think about the address much anymore, it’s just where we show up every morning to get things done. Being spread across three floors keeps us moving between the different levels. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do.
