Jitvara Constructions Private Limited

Our small team at Jitvara Constructions Private Limited works out of the Yamuna Chhaya building in Dombivali West. We are in unit B-20 on Gupte Road, which is part of the Jaihind Colony. It is a typical neighborhood in Thane, and we have been here for a good while. We are not a corporate giant with a glass elevator. Our office is just a place where we keep our tools and our records. We spend most of our time out on the streets of Dombivali or heading over to sites in other parts of Thane. Construction is a tough business with a lot of dust and noise, so having a quiet office in a colony is a nice break. We do not have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up between meetings. We handle the day-to-day tasks of building, like talking to the laborers and making sure the trucks can get through the narrow lanes. It is a lot of practical problem-solving. Some days are long and frustrating when things do not go as planned, but that is just how construction goes. We are just regular people who know how to put a building together. We do not try to sound better than we are. We just do the work and hope the results speak for themselves in the neighborhood.
