Jitekar Infra Private Limited is located down in the Panvel area, specifically at H. No. 39/101 in Dapoli, Pargaon. This part of Navi Mumbai is really changing with all the new infrastructure coming up. We are right in the middle of it in the Raigarh district. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but this is where the action is for us. Our office is a simple place where we handle the day-to-day operations. We deal with a lot of earthwork and basic infrastructure stuff. The roads around here can be pretty dusty, especially with all the construction going on nearby. We aren't sitting in an air-conditioned skyscraper; we're on the ground where the work actually happens. Some days are long, especially when we have to coordinate with different crews at the Pargaon sites. We use simple tools and rely on our experience to get things done. It’s not always pretty, and things get delayed sometimes because of the weather or equipment, but we stay at it. Panvel is a growing hub, and being based here feels right for an infra company. We know the local geography well. We just focus on finishing the jobs we started and making sure the foundations are solid. It’s a no-nonsense environment here, just the way we like it. We handle the paperwork and the heavy lifting ourselves. It is a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
