Jha Construction Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in Flat No. 203, in the D Wing of the Sivalik Harmitage complex. It is a residential area on Mira Road, so it feels very much like a local neighborhood business. Jha Construction Private Limited isn't about big glass buildings; we work right from where things are happening. The D wing is usually quiet during the day when most people are out at work, which is good for us when we need to concentrate on our project schedules. Mira Road is a crowded place, and Sivalik Harmitage is a well-known spot for those of us living around here. We have our computers and our files set up in the flat, and that is all we really need to keep things running. Sometimes the security guard at the gate asks who is coming to see us, as it's a private complex. We do a lot of the local construction and renovation work. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and various sites around the suburb. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy sign. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a delivery of sand or bricks. We just take it one day at a time and try to do right by the people who hire us. It’s a straightforward way to live and work in such a busy part of the city.
