Jeevdani Builders & Developers LLP is located over on Viva College Road. Our office is in Gulmohar Plaza, which is pretty close to Divekar Hospital. If you are heading down that road, we are hard to miss. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit, focusing on building and development stuff. It’s a local operation, nothing too flashy. We chose this location because it’s central for us. Being near the hospital and the college means there is always a lot of activity around. We spend most of our time looking at plans or checking on how things are going with our projects. It’s just how we work. We don't go in for big speeches about what we do. We just build things. The office in Gulmohar Plaza is where we get the planning done and meet with people who need work finished. Sometimes it gets a little loud with the traffic on Viva College Road, but we are used to it by now. We are just a group of people trying to make a living by developing properties in the area. It takes a lot of time and effort to get everything right, so we stay busy. If you need to find us, just look for the plaza near Divekar Hospital. We are usually there during the day, making sure things are moving along as they should. It is a lot of back and forth, but we enjoy being part of the local community here.
