Our office is in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Nerul, over at the Sea Breeze CHS. It's Tower Number 6, Flat 602, right near Palm Beach Road. If you know the area, Sector-16 is a pretty recognizable spot. We work as developers, mostly handling things from this office. It’s a quiet place to get work done away from the main noise of the road. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans for different projects. Being in a residential building like this makes the work feel a bit more personal, I guess. We aren’t some big corporate entity with a huge glass lobby. It’s just us here, handling the daily tasks of development and property. Navi Mumbai has changed a lot lately, and we’ve been watching it grow from our windows. Sometimes things get a bit hectic with all the different regulations and paperwork involved in building stuff. We just take it one day at a time. People usually find us because they live nearby or heard about a project we're working on. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on what’s right in front of us. Most days are just about making sure the projects stay on track and the details are handled. It's a regular job for us, and we like being based here in Thane district.
