You can find us over in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Sector-15 of CBD Belapur. Our office is up on the eleventh floor of the Mahavir Icon building, which is plot number 89. Jd Pathria & Sons Private Limited has been around for a bit, and as the name suggests, it’s a family-run kind of thing. Being in Belapur is great because it’s the heart of business in this part of town, but it still feels a bit more spread out than south Mumbai. We spend our time managing various projects, mostly focusing on the practical side of things. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows; there are days when things go wrong at a site or paperwork gets stuck in some office, but we work through it together. Our office is usually buzzing with phone calls and people coming in to discuss plans. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do work that we can be proud of when we drive past it later on the highway. Being a family business means we take things a bit personally, which usually means we pay more attention to the small details. We deal with a lot of different vendors and clients every day. It’s a lot of coordination. The view from the eleventh floor is nice, but we aren't in the office that much since the real work happens out on the field. We’re just a straightforward team doing our bit in Navi Mumbai.
