Our place is in the Raheja Arcade, which is a pretty standard commercial building in Sector 11 of CBD Belapur. We are on the first floor in unit 117. Plot 61 is right in the middle of the business district of Navi Mumbai, so there are plenty of banks and other offices all around us. The arcade has that typical feel with shops on the ground floor and offices above. It’s not a brand-new building, so it has its quirks, like the occasional flickering light in the hallway or a lift that’s a bit slow. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our records and do our daily tasks. We don't have any big flashy logos or expensive furniture. It’s just some sturdy tables and chairs. CBD Belapur is a good spot because it’s well-connected, but it does get very hot in the afternoons. We usually have the fans going all day. Lunchtimes are spent at the small eateries nearby or just bringing a tiffin from home. We try to stay organized, but with so much going on, the desk can get a bit messy with notes and papers. Most of the people working here have been around for a long time, so we know the area well. It’s a straightforward environment and we don’t try to make it seem like something it isn’t. We just focus on getting through the workload and heading home. The building security guards know us all by now.
