Jay Malhar Constructions is located at 102 Shyam Tower, which is near Krishna Sthal in the Kashi Mira area. Mira Road is a really crowded place, and our office is right in the middle of all that energy. Being in Shyam Tower means we are close to the main roads, which helps us get out to our construction sites in Bhainder and the surrounding areas. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some maps of the local developments pinned to the walls and a lot of folders filled with government permissions and contractor details. It can get a bit loud with the traffic from Kashi Mira, but we don't mind it. We are mostly focused on the day-to-day tasks of building and managing sites. We have a small crew that has been with us for a long time. Every morning we meet up to discuss what needs to happen at the sites, and then everyone heads out. It’s not a polished corporate office with fancy machines. We have a printer that jams sometimes and a water cooler that everyone gathers around. It feels like a real workplace where actual construction gets planned. We’ve seen Mira Road change a lot over the years, and being part of the building industry here keeps us very busy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next brick or the next slab that needs to be poured.
