JANHVI MEGASTRUCTURES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at Shop No. 13 in Sector-18, Nerul. It’s a small shop in Plot No. 33, right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial block. JANHVI MEGASTRUCTURES PRIVATE LIMITED is basically run from this one room. Navi Mumbai has grown so fast, and being in Nerul puts us right in the heart of things. The shop is usually filled with rolls of blueprints and samples of building materials. It’s not the quietest place because there is always someone coming in to ask about a project or a delivery. We have a small staff and most of us have been working together for years. The monsoon is always a tough time here in Thane because the rain hits the shop front pretty hard, and we have to keep moving the files away from the door. We don't go for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We prefer to spend our money on the equipment and getting the sites ready. Every morning starts with a lot of phone calls to site managers and suppliers. Sometimes we stay late into the evening just to finish the accounts while the rest of the market shuts down around us. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don’t go as planned, but that is the nature of the construction business. We are just regular people trying to build things properly in our local area.
