Jai Bhagwan Marble & Ceramics

Over at Jai Bhagwan Marble & Ceramics, things stay pretty busy most days of the week. We are located in the N.K.T. Compound on Bhakti Mandir Road, which is right in the Hari Niwas area. It is a solid spot for a shop like ours because there is enough room for the ceramics and the marble to be spread out a bit. You’ll usually see us moving boxes of tiles or checking on the marble slabs that arrived recently. The compound has a few other businesses, so there is always someone coming or going. We don’t go for anything fancy; it’s just a place where we keep the materials ready for whoever needs them. The walk down Bhakti Mandir Road is familiar to us now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We keep the tiles stacked up high and the marble pieces resting on their sides so people can see the grain. Some days are quieter than others, giving us time to organize the back area of the shop. It gets a little hot inside during the summer, but we keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through the compound. It is a basic operation, really. We just focus on getting the stone moved and making sure the ceramics are handled without breaking anything. If you find yourself in the Hari Niwas area, our yard in the N.K.T.
