Duraa Tiles

You’ll find Duraa Tiles over in Patlipada, which is in the western part of Thane. We are located in The Rutu Estate, specifically at C2/006. Being right on G.B. Road means we see a lot of traffic every day. It’s a fast-developing area, and there are new buildings going up everywhere you look. Our shop is a place where we keep our tile collections. We have a decent variety, but we don't try to overwhelm people with too much fluff. Most of our day is spent talking to homeowners who are finishing their new apartments or contractors who need a specific look. It’s a friendly atmosphere here. We aren't corporate types; we’re just people who know a thing or two about flooring. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a lot of samples come in, but we manage. We like being in Thane because the energy is great. The Rutu Estate is a nice professional community to be part of. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers making sure we have what people want. It’s not a complicated business model. We show the tiles, we talk about the delivery, and we make sure the customer is okay with the price. It’s a lot of standing and walking around the showroom, but we like meeting new people. We’ve been here for a bit now and feel like a real part of the neighborhood.
