It’s a big building, and sometimes the wait for the elevator feels like it takes forever, especially during the lunch rush. Once you get up here, the view of Vashi is pretty wide, but we are usually focused on what’s on our desks. The office is a mix of computer screens and rolls of architectural drawings. We handle a lot of the back-end work for construction here. It’s a busy environment with people coming in to sign papers or discuss site issues. Being in Navi Mumbai gives us a bit more space than being in the middle of the main city, but it is still quite hectic. We don't go for anything too polished; the office looks like a place where people actually work. There are half-empty tea cups and notebooks scattered around. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and workers. It’s the kind of job where you are always solving some kind of problem. Sector 19D is a good neighborhood for this kind of business. We’ve been here for a while and have a rhythm for how we get things done. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us. We try to stay organized, even when the project schedules get a bit messy.
