Itm Kharghar

Itm Kharghar is located over at Silver Arch, specifically in B/302 within the Gupta Estate. This is in the Anand Koliwada area of Mumbra, which falls under Thane but is basically part of the wider Mumbai region. It’s a busy, crowded area, but that’s just how things are around here. We’ve been set up in this building for a good bit of time. It’s a practical space. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and see people busy at their desks. There’s always a lot of noise from the street outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't some big corporate entity with a polished manual for everything. We just figure things out as we go along. Some of us have been here since the start, while others joined more recently. We eat our lunch together and talk about normal things, not just work. The walls have a few scuffs and the floor could probably use a good scrub, but it’s our space and it works for us. We focus on the daily tasks and try to stay on top of the paperwork. Mumbra is a lively place to be, and being at Gupta Estate keeps us right in the middle of it all. We don't try to sound like something we aren't. We're just a small team working out of a flat.
