Out here on Plot 46 in Section 1 of Gauraipada, things are a bit different than the city center. It’s quieter, but our factory stays busy enough. We are located near Vasai Road East, and we spend our days working with all kinds of rubber products. The smell of raw rubber is something you just get used to after a week or two on the job. We have some heavy machines that run most of the day, pressing out shapes and making sure the molds are filled properly. It’s a messy job sometimes, especially when we are cleaning the equipment. Our team mostly lives nearby, so we all know each other well. We don't spend much time on fancy emails or brochures. Usually, we are just out on the floor checking the batches. The weather gets pretty hot in this part of Vasai, so we try to keep the fans going, though it doesn't always help much. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the neighbors know us by the trucks coming in and out. It isn't a high-tech lab or anything, just a solid place where rubber parts get made. We handle the materials, run the presses, and pack things up as they come off the line. It is honest work, and we keep it simple. If something needs fixing, we usually handle it ourselves. That is just how we operate day to day at the plot.
