Indmk Engineering & Construction Privatelimited is based over at Plot E-18 in the Anand Nagar MIDC area. We are in the Additional Industrial Area of Ambarnath, right behind ASB International. Being in an MIDC zone means we are surrounded by factories and other industrial businesses, so it is always a bit noisy and there is usually a lot of truck traffic around. We focus on engineering and construction, which means we deal with both the technical designs and the actual building work. It is a lot of responsibility and we take it one day at a time. The office is right there in the heart of the industrial belt of Thane, so we are close to many of our suppliers and other contractors. We are not the type of company to use big corporate buzzwords. We just talk like normal people and focus on the engineering problems that need solving. Construction in an industrial area like Ambarnath has its own set of rules and challenges, especially with all the heavy machinery around. We have a small team that handles everything from the initial planning to the final handover. Our desks are usually a mess of technical manuals and site reports. We do not have a fancy lobby or any of that stuff. We just have a workspace where we get things done. It is a practical environment for a practical business. We have been here in the 421506 area for some time now and we just keep plugging away.
