Iki Infra Private Limited

We’re located in Vashi, over in Section 19D. Our office is number 1203 on Plot 2. Vashi is a busy part of Mumbai, and being here helps us stay close to the main infrastructure routes. Iki Infra Private Limited is basically just a group of people who enjoy building things and seeing projects through to the end. We moved into this office a while back because we needed a central spot to manage everything from. It’s a typical office setup—nothing too fancy, just enough desks and chairs for the team. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on video calls these days, but we still prefer meeting people in person when we can. The view from the twelfth floor is alright, but we don’t spend much time looking out the window. There is always a lot of paperwork to get through in this business. We handle a variety of infrastructure tasks, which means every day looks a little different. One day we might be worrying about concrete pours, and the next it’s all about electrical layouts. We try to keep our feet on the ground and not get carried away with big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it’s worked for us so far in this city.
