Iia Ventures Llp

We are Iia Ventures Llp, and our office is based in Mira Road, Thane. Specifically, we are at Surya Orchid, room A 201, on Ramdev Park Road. It is near Ostwal Avenue, which is a landmark most people in the neighborhood recognize. S No. 250 1 is where we have set up our small base of operations. The area is quite residential, so it is a bit calmer than the main city parts. We work on different ventures, mainly focusing on what is needed in the local development sector. It is a lot of paperwork and planning. Sometimes we are out at sites, but most of the time we are right here in Mira Road. The commute can be a bit of a stretch for some of us, but we like the location. It is a regular office where we drink too much tea and talk about the next steps for our projects. We do not have a lot of corporate rules, we just try to be honest and get the work finished on time. The building is decent and we have made the space our own over the years. Living and working in Thane has its own pace, and we have learned to go with it. There is always a new project on the horizon, so we just keep ourselves busy with the day-to-day tasks that come our way. We are just local people doing our best.
