Hotel Pratik Family Restaurant

We are located in Shop No-1 & 2 of the Monark Crystal building. This is in the TATA Power area of Dombivli East, zip code 421203. A lot of people know us because we are near the PMC Bank. We run this as a family restaurant, so you’ll usually see me or my brother around the place. We have a few tables and chairs set up inside. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work. The kitchen is right at the back and you can usually hear the pans clanking. We serve the kind of food that local families like. It’s nothing like what you’d get in a fancy mall, just regular dishes. The tiles on the floor are a bit worn down from people coming in and out all day. Sometimes when it rains, we have to put a mat at the door to keep the mud out. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our customers live in the nearby buildings and just walk over for a meal. We have a small staff of three guys who help with the serving and cleaning. On weekends, it gets quite crowded and the wait for a table can be a bit long. We try to get the food out as fast as we can. It’s just a local shop where you can get a decent meal without spending too much.
