Hotel Gaondevi Restaurant

You can find Hotel Gaondevi Restaurant over at Shop No 1 in the SAI Kiran Building. We are right on Birla College Road in Kalyan City. A lot of people know us because we are so close to SAI Hall, which is a landmark around here. We have been part of this neighborhood for a good while. It's not a big fancy dining hall with white tablecloths. It is just a small restaurant where we cook the kind of food we eat at home. The 421301 area is always busy with college students and people living in the apartments nearby. We open up early to get everything prepped in the kitchen. It is usually just a few of us working behind the counter and in the back. The building is a standard one for this part of Thane. We chose this spot because Birla College Road gets a lot of foot traffic. Sometimes it gets crowded and loud during lunch, but we like the energy of the crowd. We don't have a fancy menu with names you can't pronounce. It is just straightforward meals that fill you up. We spend our days making sure the tables are wiped down and the ingredients are fresh. We aren't part of any big chain. It is just our little shop in SAI Kiran Building. Most of our customers are regulars who live just a few streets away. We just focus on serving food and keeping the place going.
