Our office is located at A1/6 in Twinkle Apartment, right in the Haribhav Pada area of Kalyan East. We are situated right opposite the Gaondevi Mandir on Shankar Pawshe Road. Being so close to the temple means there is always something happening outside. Sometimes the bells and the crowds are a bit loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle the business for Hiranadani Group from this space. It’s not a big corporate headquarters. It’s just a regular apartment room that we’ve turned into an office. We have files stacked up in the corners and a couple of desks for the staff. Katemanivli is a busy part of Thane, and we like being here where the people are. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking through property documents. There is always a lot of paperwork when you are dealing with real estate in this area. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from people just knowing where we are. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the files organized so we don't lose anything important. The office gets a bit warm in the summer, but the fans help. We just come in, do the work, and head home like everyone else. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it works for us and the people we deal with.
