Has Juices & mores

Has Juices & mores is located on the second floor in the food court of Vivana Mall in Thane West. Working in a mall is very different from a street shop because everything is under bright lights and air conditioning all day long. I spend most of my shift standing behind the counter, peeling fruit or running the blenders. The noise in the food court is quite loud, especially on Friday nights and weekends when families come out to the mall. We have crates of oranges and pineapples stacked in the back, and I have to make sure the ice machine is always full. Thane is a busy city, and Vivana Mall is one of the biggest spots people go to, so we rarely get a quiet moment. My hands are usually cold from handling the frozen fruit, and the floor behind the counter gets a bit sticky if we don't mop it every hour. We have a small team of three or four people who rotate shifts to keep the stall open as long as the mall is. It’s a lot of repetitive work, cutting, blending, and pouring, but it keeps us moving. Sometimes the mall security comes by for a drink, or we chat with the people working at the pizza stall next to us. It’s just a regular job in a very busy place. We just try to get the orders right and keep the counter looking tidy.
