Harmonics School Of Music

Our music school is located in Shop No.1 of the Shree Guru Krupa building. We are in Gandhi Nagar, over in Dombivali East. It’s a small shop space, so it gets quite cozy when we have several students in at once. You can hear the sounds of different instruments coming out onto the street—sometimes it’s a guitar, other times it’s someone practicing their scales on a keyboard. We don’t have a massive auditorium or anything like that. It’s just a place where people come to learn how to play music. The walls are lined with some instruments and some stools for students to sit on. Being in Gandhi Nagar, we have a lot of neighbors who stop by just to see what’s going on. The traffic in Dombivali can be loud, but once you’re inside and focusing on the notes, you tend to forget about it. We have a few teachers who come in at different times of the day to give lessons. It’s not a fancy conservatory; it’s more of a local hobby spot where kids and adults can spend an hour or two on their music. We keep a schedule on a notebook by the door to track who is coming when. It’s simple and it works for us. If you’re walking by Shree Guru Krupa, you’ll probably hear us before you see the sign. We just focus on teaching the notes and helping people enjoy their instruments.
