We've been at Shop No 1 in Shree Ganga Vihar for a while now. Most people know the spot since it’s right near Todi Bhavan here in Bhayander East. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out most days. We started this place because there wasn't much around here that did things the way we like. It’s a small space, but we keep it organized. The morning commute makes the area busy, but it quietens down later. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that, just a desk and some chairs. If you’re walking past the building, you’ll see our sign. It isn't always perfect, sometimes the lights flicker or we're running a bit late opening up if the traffic was bad coming in. People from the neighborhood stop by to chat or get things sorted. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. My name is Hariprasad and I usually handle the main bits. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a steady one where folks can find us when they need something. The rent keeps going up in this part of Mo Bhayander, but we're sticking around. It gets a bit dusty with the road right there, but we wipe things down when we can. Just a normal local business doing its thing day by day. We've lived in this area for years so we know the people here well.
