GURUKRUPA REALCON DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is right in the middle of Vashi in Sector 17. Our office is on the ground floor of Shop No. C-106 at Plot No. 80/81. Being in Navi Mumbai means we are always surrounded by construction and new developments. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The office is pretty simple, just some desks and a place to meet with people. We don't have any flashy signs or a big marketing team. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking over to site visits nearby. Real estate and development are just what we know. It involves a lot of patience, especially when you’re dealing with all the paperwork and the local rules. We aren't trying to be some high-end corporate firm. We’re just local developers who understand the neighborhood. Sometimes the office gets crowded when we have a lot of contractors coming in to discuss plans. We just make some tea and get through the work. It’s not always glamorous. There’s a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just part of the job. We don't use any corporate speak. We just tell people how it is and how long the project is going to take. It’s a straightforward way of doing business, and it seems to work for us. Most of the people around here know where we are. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. That's about it.
