Gurudutta Saloon

We are located at Shop No. 1 in the Sai Kunj building. It is right on New Station Road in Kalyan City. Most people know the area because Gurudev Hotel is just across from us. It is a handy spot if you are already out doing your shopping or heading to the station. Gurudutta Saloon is not a big place, but we have enough room for what we do. I started this because I liked the work. Now, we have a steady group of people from around Thane who stop in. It is mostly just about getting a decent haircut and maybe a shave without any fuss. The mirrors are old but they work fine. Sometimes the door sticks a bit when it is raining, but we manage. We do not have a website or anything like that. People just walk in when they need something done. On Saturdays, it gets busy with people getting ready for the weekend. We try to keep the place tidy, though hair gets everywhere pretty fast. It is a local shop, through and through. You can hear the traffic from the road outside while you sit in the chair. It is just a normal part of life here in Kalyan. We have been here for years and hope to stay for many more. Just a simple place for simple needs without any of the extra stuff you see in malls.
