The wind blows pretty hard through Kharghar, especially during the monsoon months. We spend most of our time looking at maps and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of back and forth, making sure everyone is on the same page. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re a huge corporation. We’re just a team of developers who live and work right here. Navi Mumbai has its own way of doing things, and we’ve adapted to the local pace. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual building, which can be frustrating for everyone involved. But we stick with it because this is our home.
